Hancock
Park is one of L.A.'s oldest and most elegant neighborhoods.
Located in the heart of the mid-Wilshire business district,
it lies conveniently close to both downtown L.A., Hollywood,
and Beverly Hills. Hancock Park consists mainly of large,
luxurious estate homes located on quiet, tree-lined streets.
The area has experienced a comeback over the last ten years,
