I wanted the experience of designing a home with my taste that I felt was timeless as well as gorgeous. One day I was discussing this with Sharona when she saw my finished product, she was so impressed that she said one day we’re going to do this again and you’re going to have another experience with another type of architecture to enjoy. Exactly what happened was I sold his home in a matter of days, bought a new home in the foothills in Sherman Oaks near to my children’s schools. This has proved to be one of the smartest moves that I could’ve possibly made when I did it. Thank you so much for having the faith in me being able to do the designing and reconstructing of a home that I really have come to love. I’ll be looking for my next project before you know it. My husband and I bought a home from Sharona about five years ago and now that COVID-19 has happened to our world we decided we needed to move out of the city for new family circumstances at this time. We knew we wanted to be in a certain area near Malibu and Sharona tirelessly and almost weekly drove to show us some of the most amazing properties that we have ever seen. While we were working out of the country a new listing came up and she and Randy went to see it. From the property, they called us in Europe to give us a tour. They both knew exactly what we wanted and when they saw it they were so excited that they knew they had to write the offer for us at that moment. The offer was accepted while we were still out of the country, when we came home directly from the airport they met us to show us our new home that we absolutely can’t imagine living in. The nature that we are surrounded by and the gorgeous hocks and eagles that fly have taken us to a completely different world than we had in the city that we love so much as well. A very close family friend recommended Sharona to us because of her reputation in Los Angeles as well as knowing every nook and cranny that there is since she’s been doing this for decades. When I read her website and it said “living and breathing real estate” I sort of laughed to myself to be totally honest. Usually people talk about their realtor after they buy their new home or sell their home. My story is different. One day I called Sharona with a wish list that even I thought, could be too much to ask for. Not for Sharona, my wish propelled her into action, and to make a long story short my husband and I along with our children are now so happy in our new home in a totally different location in LA that we absolutely love.
